the boutique
A room that tastes the way it looks.
Arched niches, marble, lavender, and gelato at the centre of it all.
Built like a patisserie, lit like a gallery: white plaster and pale marble so the gelato carries the colour.
Every boutique follows the same quiet rules. Arched niches holding lavender and hand-thrown ceramics. A counter that curves, because a queue should feel like an occasion, not a line.
Sit inside on the lilac banquette, or outside under the umbrellas where the hydrangeas do their best work at golden hour.

fridays only
Friday is dessert table day.
The long marble table fills with the week's baking, berry cheesecake, lavender gateaux, macarons, and chocolate bark. It stays until it does not.

the boutique, boxed
Take the feeling home.
Pints in the cooler bag, macarons in their lilac box, wooden spoons because plastic never suited gelato. Everything is packed at the counter while you watch.
