The questions everyone asks.

Do I need to book a table?

No. We keep a third of the room unreservable on purpose. If you are six or more, call ahead and we will push tables together like it is a family lunch.

What happens at Cupping Saturdays?

At 09:00 sharp we taste every coffee on the roast list, side by side, slurping included. It is free, seats are limited to ten, and you book by asking at the counter or replying to the roast letter.

Can I work from the café?

Weekday afternoons, absolutely, the wifi is fast and the window tables are made for it. Weekend mornings we ask laptops to rest so the room can talk.

Are dogs welcome?

On the terrace, always. Water bowls live by the door and the baristas keep a tin of biscuits that is technically for dogs.

Do you grind beans for home?

Yes, tell us your brew method and we will grind any bag from the shelf. Whole bean keeps better though, and we will happily talk you into a grinder.
